By registering with Private Equity Match (“PEM”), Accredited Investors (“Investor”) will have the opportunity to learn about early and expansion stage pre-IPO ventures that match their interests in a Confidential manner. The process is very simple and allows an Investor to register their investment criteria for a nominal annual fee of $99.00. The fee has a two-fold purpose: Eliminates non-serious investors while helping to offset a small portion of the administrative expense. Registered Investors receive numerous benefits resulting in substantial savings over traditional methods. (See FAQ for a list of benefits).

Once registered, PEM will verify via email an Investor’s User Name and Password for their Personal Confidential Account. Investors are notified of potential matches via emailing them a summary of the project. For additional information the Investor is encouraged to log-in to their Confidential Account, where they can view all of the ventures matching their Investor Profile. After viewing the summaries, they have several options to choose from:

OPTION 1 - Investors may request additional information from the entrepreneur by clicking on the appropriate box, which provides the Investor with a one-page Executive Summary and Profile of the Venture. The Investor then can opt to Request Contact with the Entrepreneur, which alerts the Entrepreneur that there is interest in the venture. The Entrepreneur is provided with the necessary information so that he/she may make contact with the Investor. At this point there is no further need for PEM’s involvement. The Entrepreneur and Investor can arrange for the exchange of information and follow-up discussions.

OPTION 2 – Investor may Delete the Venture’s Summary from their Account.

OPTION 3 – Investor may choose to do nothing permitting the Venture Summary to remain in the Investor’s Account.
